About Us

We started serving the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas in 2020 offering affordable veterinary services while providing quality care. Thanks to our great clientele, we’ve expanded quickly. We opened a second location to better serve our community.

At our Johnson City location, you can expect an Urgent Care model Wednesday through Saturday (we accept walk-ins between 10am and 4pm unless otherwise stated). We see patients as walk-ins only and see a wide variety of cases in a short amount of time. The wait times can vary tremendously. Sick, non-emergency patients can expect a longer wait time. Each and every patient that comes through will see our veterinarian.

However, many clients might not receive face-to-face interaction with the veterinarian due to the volume of patients that come through the practice as walk-ins. We have adapted to this system based on the need in our community. We understand that our system is not for everyone!

For this reason, we now operate as a traditional veterinary practice Monday through Friday at our Jonesborough location. We offer same day appointments pending availability. For those seeking a face-to-face traditional interaction with the veterinarian, this is our best option.

At both locations, we offer comprehensive in-house diagnostics, including bloodwork, urinalysis, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and a large pharmacy. And we don’t just treat traditional pets! We routinely see exotics and some small farm animals at our Johnson City clinic and provide holistic treatments like laser therapy. We also provide routine and more complex soft tissue surgeries by appointment at our Jonesborough clinic.

Jonesborough Hours:

Appointments and Surgeries Mon – Fri: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm Tues – Surgeries only Sat – Sun: Closed

Holiday Hours:

Both locations will be closed from 12/23 Mon – 12/28 Sat

We will resume our normal hours on 12/30 Mon and 12/31 Tues

We will close again for New Year’s Day (Wed 1/1) and return to our regular schedule on 1/4/2025
